We will have our co-op options available every week throughout the summer. We are trying something new this year. We will not be at the Saturday Market but will continue Wednesdays at Town and Country where you can still choose from our usual wide selection of great produce.
1) Do you make the choices for us what you will be delivering every week or do we choose from somewhere. Or can we pick and choose what we want? We make the choice for you, based on availability, price and quality. We choose only from locally grown, pesticide free and certified organic products for the co-op.We usually put what is in the co-op boxes for the next delivery on our website, so you can see an estimate of what you will get, but remember it is subject to availability and and quality so we might substitute or eliminate an item at our discretion while still maintaining the value.
Often, when we know we have lots of something that is a great value or interest, we will offer a separate option to add it to your cart. You can customize your deliveries to a small degree using this button.
2) Are we having to commit to every week? No, you can order whenever you want. No commitment. Look for the co-op options to change soon, to small, med and large options
3)The nearest location is still a ways away. I would like to have a closer drop point. How do I request another drop? We can do it if you can arrange for a minimum of 10 orders, and a pre-approved drop off point
4) Can I alternate the days for pickup? Every time you order you can specify a new drop point if you would like, but deliveries are only made on Saturdays and Wednesday to assure the freshest produce available.
5.) I can't pick up at exactly the time listed, what can I do? Just use the notes section and put what time works for you. If it is a problem, we'll email you back. Most of the drop points have refrigerators and are happy to save a box for the day, but others should be picked up as soon as possible.
6.) Is what is posted on the website for the week exactly what I will find in my box? Don't forget when you are ordering that we change the co-op boxes twice a week to make sure we provide freshness and variety, but don't always get around to updating the website in time, so be excited for your surprise! The value will stay constant while the boxes will provide a great mix of produce.
7.) How do I pay with my EBT card? We can also accept Foodstamps
through your Quest EBT card, but you should email me directly at least a
day prior to the cut off time. I will get back to you and confirm
receipt of your order.
